- Kitchen circuits: dedicated circuits for refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and split 20A kitchen counter circuits to CEC requirements.
- Bathroom circuits: dedicated 20A bathroom circuits and exhaust fan wiring.
- Appliance circuits: dryer, range, oven, hot tub/spa stub-out, and future-use circuits.
- EV charger rough-in: dedicated 240V/50A or 240V/40A circuit stubbed out for EV charging — Level 2 ready.
- Smoke and CO detector wiring: interconnected smoke and CO detectors to National Fire Code requirements.
- Final inspection: all work permitted and inspected by the Authority Having Jurisdiction before occupancy.
